本机可将升华类、溶剂类油墨的彩色图案与文字经热转印烫在衣物上，还可进行植毛烫画和发泡印花工艺等热处理。

This machine is used to print kinds of sublimation and menstruum ink colorful pattern & character into garment. And also, it could be used to have heat treatment of the crafts, like printing by planting hair, printing by frothing.

操作说明

Operating instructions

1、本机使用220V / 50HZ电源。

2、接入气源（空气压缩机）。

3、按下电源开关机器启动，电源指示灯亮。

4、转动温度控制器设定所需温度（通常为120℃～200℃）。

5、转动时间控制器设定压着时间（通常为5～20秒）。

6、将衣物平放在下烫板上，叠上烫画纸，按下绿色操作开关，通过气动控制装置，根据设定的温度和时间自动完成下压和上行复位动作。

7、烫印时间到达设定时间，汽缸上行复位，此时即可取出衣物，撕下烫画纸。

8、通过空气减压阀，可以调节工作压力。空气压力越大，工作压力越大，见（附图）。

1.220 V/ 50Hz power supply is used in this machine.

2.Engage the air resource(air compressor).

3.Press power switch to start machine, and power indicator light is bright.

4.Turn the temperature controller to set the temperature needed( 120 ℃～200 ℃ as usual ).

5.Turn the time controller to set the pressing time. ( 5～20s as usual).

6.Place garments on the down burning plank levelly, and furl printing paper, press the green switch, with pneumatic control device, the cylinder could finish the motion of pressing down and up to reset automatically according to the set time and temperature.

7.When the pressing time reached the set time, the cylinder moves up to reset, and at this time, the garments can be taken out, rip the printing paper.

8.Adjust the working pressure according to air decompressing clique. Air pressure bigger, working pressure bigger（With picture）.
