本机是利用高强度耐磨合金墨辊，相对旋转产生的高磨碎力来破碎物料。物料进入破碎腔以后，在墨辊的旋转力作用下，破碎成细小颗粒排出。经现场测查。在窑下使用，出料60%左右为粉末状，3mm左右颗粒不到10%.
本机对磨料辊体重新进行优化设计，设备使用终身不需更换磨机辊体。而旧型对辊机使用半年就需拆开大修、更换辊体或进行补焊。
本机磨辊上装有可更换耐磨衬板，连续使用寿命可达一年以上，磨损严重时，移开机盖即可更换。维修量小，成本低，这是任何其它型式的破碎机都无法比拟的。
本机内部装有防尘板，密封性能好，避免了破碎后的细小物料的扬溅，使用环境好。
本机装有安全防护装置，当有意外金属铁件（<=30mm）进入机体后，防护装置动作，铁件漏出，设备正常运转。
本机磨料辊体辊缝在20mm内任意可调，根据破碎粒度的要求调好辊缝后，破碎粒度能得到可靠控制，全部以理想粒度进入磨机，从而达到与磨机的最佳匹配，提高磨机的产量。
本机的特点是破碎比大，粒度小，不受易损件的磨损影响，破碎质量稳定。
在线运行后，原有人员、动力、生产线不变，磨机台时产量可增加10~25%，节约电能15~20%。 ZPGY-II New Type Roller Crusher This machine is to use the high grinding force by counter rotating high-strength wear-resistant alloy ink roller to break materials.Material falling into the breaking chamber is broken into small pieces by the rotating force of ink roller and then discharged.The on-site test shows that when used in the kiln, the machine discharges product with about 60% powder and less than 10% 3mm particles. We redesign the machine's abrasive rollers for optimization so as to reach the goal of no replacement of roller in mill body for all its life.However,the old ones have to be disconnected to repair , to replace the roller or to weld every half a year. The new machine's grinding roller is equipped with a removable wear-resistant liner which lasts its continuous service life up to one year or more; if seriously worn, just remove the lid and replace it.Small amount maintenance and low cost is what any other type of crusher can not be compared with. This machine is equipped with dust guard inside with good sealing performance to avoid spattering of broken fine mateials , thus protect working environment. This machine is equipped with safety protection device. Once unexpected metallic iron (<= 30mm) gets into the machine, the protective device will move to leak the iron and the equipment work normally. The roll-gap between abrasive roller is adjustable within 20mm, so you can control the input size of grain effectively. Thus the input size of grain will match the machine well and the production capacity is increased.
