结构和功能
1.横行轴采用变频马达驱动(也可以选购AC伺服马达驱动),上下及引拔使用气缸驱动。
2.横行、上下手臂均采用进口的高刚性铝合金挤型梁配合高刚性精密线性滑轨,能达到取出速度快、高效能、高精度、使用寿命长的要求。
3.双截式手臂采用特殊设计的皮带倍速机构,可缩短上下手臂的结构高度,上下气缸只需一半的行程即可达到全行程和配合厂房较低之场所。
4.侧姿倒角机构可配合动模或定模取出和固定倒角90度。
5.治具预留气压管路与检测讯号,预留一吸一抱两个回路,可供吸夹抱等治具的取出应用,可应用于各种成品多样化的取出。
6.变频马达驱动横行轴采用进口高刚性精密线性滑轨,动作平稳.顺畅.耐磨和使用寿命长。

Configuration and application
1.TYB series products are used for take-out operations at the final product side and runner side of horizontal injection molding machines ranging 80~600T.
2.The arm is of double-load type. Auxiliary arm can be added for three-plate molds to nip the final product and runner at the same time. The vertical stroke range is 800~1200mm, driven by cylinder.
3.Transverse drive: driven by frequency-converting motor as standard type (AC servo motor optional for driving).
4.The upper and lower axes of the finial product arm can be driven by the AC servo motor if necessary to as to improve the take-out efficiency inside the mold.
5.Manipulator can be used to increase production capacity, lower non-conforming rate and precisely control the output.
6.Operator’s safety is ensured and labor and costs reduced.
Structure and functions
1.Transverse axis is driven or frequency-converting motor (or use AC servo motor for driving). The upper/lower axis and crosswise axis are driven by the cylinder.
2.Imported high-rigidity aluminum-alloy beam and linear slide rail are employed for transverse move and upper/lower arm. Together with the application of high-rigidity bearing steel, the requirements of high-speed take-out, high efficiency, high precision and long service time can be met.
3.Specially designed belt multi-speed mechanism is employed for the double-load arm, which can shorten the structural height between upper and lower arms. For the upper and lower cylinders, the full-stroke effects can be realized with the move of only half stroke. This design is particularly suitable for low-height plants.
4.Side beveling mechanism can be used with dynamic or fixed mold for take-out operation and provide a fixed beveling angle of 90 degrees.
5.Pneumatic pipeline and inspection signal are pre-set for the clamp, with two return circuits, for both sucking and holding. This structure can be used for such take-out operations of the clamp as sucking, nipping and holding, as well as for the take-out of various final products.
6.Imported high-rigidity precision linear slider rail is employed for the transverse axis driven by the frequency-converting motor, providing smooth and stable move, high wearability and long service time.
User-friendly design
1.Dialogue-oriented operation for the control system, Chinese and English languages switched over, easy and convenient.
2.8 sets of built-in standard programs and 20 sets of mold memories are optional for configuration. L/U type take-out function is available, and functions such as object-placing mode, side posture selection and ejector pin setting are optional.
3.Auto detection and records for failures.
4.Take-out operation can be realized at the fixed mold direction, with different side posture actions. Different material-placing modes are optional (like transverse–out type, transverse-in type and simultaneous external side type).
5.All data of timing and counting can be modified in the auto running mode.
6.Modular control panel facilitates maintenance work. Safety norms on connection with injection molding machine are emphasized. All input and output signals of molding machine are dry-contact signals so as to avoid mutual interference.
7.Spare output ports can be used to connect with other automatic devices, like the conveyor and token-up platform.
8.CE model is optional, conforming to EUROMAP 12 or 67 and SPI standards, with standard interfaces.
9.Mid-plate inspection and object-placing safety inspection are optional, so as to be integrated into the automation system of the whole factory.
10.Transverse axis can be driven by AC servo motor with precision planetary reductor and gear. The chain driving can provide high speed and high precision of positioning. The positioning precision can reach ±0.1mm.
Optional configurations
A.Electric remote control and adjustment for crosswise stroke and upper/lower stroke, saving time and improving safety for operations.
B.Upper/lower axis of final product arm is driven by AC servo motor, realizing fast speed for upper and lower actions, saving take-out time for inside the mold and improving efficiency. Different object-placing heights can be set outside the mold, with positioning precision of ±0.2mm.
C.Externally placed objects move down slowly to avoid personnel injuries.
D.Only one of the following two options can be selected: driven by transverse servo motor or driven by upper/lower axis servo motor.
