横梁式货架采用立柱片与横梁挂接结构，拆装方便，层板50mm可调，均载下层载可达150-600kg。货架跨度可达3000mm，层板可选用钢板也可选用木层板（夹板）； 搁板式货架通过横梁与立柱间的拉力及侧片支撑及横支撑的作用增加了坚固性及稳定性。同时，由于使用横梁形式，其层高可50MM调整，增加存储的灵活。
横梁式货架又称选取式货架、货位式货架、托盘式货架，是使用最广泛的托盘类货物存储货架，通用性也较强。横梁式货架是货架沿仓库的宽度方向分成若干排，其间有一条巷道，供堆垛起重机、叉车或其他搬运机械运行、每排货架沿仓库纵长方向分为若干列，在垂直方向又分成若干层，从而形成大量货位，用托盘存储货物。货架横梁承重每层可达1000KG-3000KG。此类货架大多用前移式电瓶叉车、平衡重电瓶叉车、三向叉车进行存取作业，货架高度较低时也可用电动堆高机，超高位仓库用堆垛机进行存取作业。
横梁式货架空间利用率高、存取灵活方便、配套设备简单、成本便宜、能快速安装及拆卸，辅以计算机管理或控制，基本能达到现代化物流系统的要求，广泛应用于制造业、第三方物流和配送中心等领域，既适用于多品种小批量物品，又适用于少品种大批量物品。此类货架在高位仓和超高位仓库中应用最多(自动化仓库中货架大多用此类货架)。 正统；至真至诚！
