The Group reorganization plan (that was annouced in August 2009 by iNTEk and KME Group), has now been completed with the split of iNTEk.

The new organization simplifies the company structure regarding the two different business areas. In fact, the operational focus benefits from the concentration within INTEk of the activities of a financial nature and within KME of those of an industrial nature.

iNTEk will maintain its involvement in the private equity and real estate sector, meanwhile KME Group will continue to operate in its traditional activity in the copper sector along with the added the industrial activities of ErgyCapital, Drive Rent and Culti Space.

KME Group has become a holding company, with dealings in diversified businesses (Copper Industrial Activity, Renewable Energy, Services) previously part ofINTEk.

Following the split, the parent company, Quattroduedue Holding B.V., will have a holding in the share capital of KME amounting to about 32.5%.
