炭纤维增强炭基复合材料简称炭/炭(c/c)复合材料:它是由炭纤维或织物、编织物等增强炭基复合材料构成。c/c复合材料主要由各类炭组成,即纤维炭、树脂炭和沉积炭。这种完全由人工设计、制造出来的复合材料具有许多优异性能,除具备高强度、高刚性、尺寸稳定和耐磨损外,还具有较高的断裂韧性性和假塑性。特别是在高温环境中,强度高,不熔不燃,仅是均匀烧灼。这是任何金属材料无法比拟的。
我公司采用化学气象沉积法(CVD)生产的炭炭复合材料(C/C)于2007年8月被湖南省科技厅评定为高新技术产品,最大可达到D1450*2000mm。

Especially in the condition of high temperature, it is only cauterize uniformly with high intensity and never melting nor burning. This is what any metal materials cann't be incomparable.
The C/C composite material produced by chemical v-apor deposition process was rated as a high-tech product by the science and technology bureau of hunan province.the largest product diameter can reach 1450*2000mm.

高温炉用炭/炭复合材料发热体简介
在工业生产中,用以烧结、焙炼、热压、调质等生产工序用以满足产品质量的要求所需的高温炉,炉中的发热体是一关键部件,在高温炉中常用的石墨材料做发热体,但石墨材料的温度低、刚性弱,易脆断是其的弱关。
在高温条件下,C/C复合材料的优点是:
1、高温强度是石墨材料的10倍以上
2、可以避免脆性断裂
3、C/C复合材料的热膨胀系数较低,抗热压冲击能力强
4、制品的厚度可以做到较薄,重量也比较轻
5、由于炭纤维的数量和纤维的排列方向可以设计,因此C/C发热体的电阻率可以在较大的范围内加以改变。因此,在某些特定的使用条件下,C/C发热体有其独特的优点。

其它炭炭复合材料
炭炭复合材料制成的螺栓、螺杆:强度在石墨螺栓的10倍以上。复合材料中以纤维增强材料应用最广、用量最大。其特点是比重小、比强度和比模量大。
由炭纤维与环氧树脂复合的材料,其比强度和比模量均比钢和铝合金大数倍,还具有优良的化学稳定性、减摩耐磨、自润滑、耐热、耐疲劳、耐蠕变、消声、电绝缘等性能。石墨纤维与树脂复合可得到膨胀系数几乎等于零的材料。纤维增强材料的另一个特点是各向异性,因此可按制件不同部位的强度要求设计纤维的排列。以炭纤维和炭化硅纤维增强的铝基复合材料,在500℃时仍能保持足够的强度和模量。炭化硅纤维与钛复合,不但钛的耐热性提高,且耐磨损,可用作发动机风扇叶片。炭化硅纤维与陶瓷复合,使用温度可达1500℃,比超合金涡轮叶片的使用温度(1100℃)高得多。炭纤维增强炭、石墨纤维增强炭或石墨纤维增强石墨,构成耐烧蚀材料,已用于航天器、火箭导弹和原子能反应堆中。非金属基复合材料由于密度小,用于汽车和飞机可减轻重量、提高速度、节约能源。用炭纤维和玻璃纤维混合制成的复合材料片弹簧,其刚度和承载能力与重量大5倍多的钢片弹簧相当。

Composite Silicon Carbide Fiber with Titanium, it is not only with high heat resistance but also wearable and can be used in engine fan blades. Composite Silicon Carbide Fiber with Ceramic, the service temperature can reach1500℃much higher than the service temperature of Superalloy Turbine Blade (1100℃). Carbon fiber reinforced carbon, graphite fiber reinforced carbon and graphite fiber reinforced graphite form ablative material which has been used in Spacecraft, Rocket and Missile,Atomic Reactors. Non-metal composite used in automobile and aircraft can increase speed and save energy for low density. Composite tablet spring is a mixture consisting of carbon fiber and glass fiber and its stiffness and carrying capacity is equivalent to steel tablet spring with the weight 5 times higher.
