Based on Shanghai Gold lighting co., ltd, Shanghai Mikia Lighting Co., Ltd was founded by Shanghai Mikia Investment(Group) Co., Ltd ,which Integrated the lighting sources of Shanghai Lighting Luminaries Co., Ltd.
After many years of efforts and development, it has gradually become a well-known manufacturer of lighting products, an excellent supplier of the famous international lighting corporations, a positive propagator of Green Lighting Concept and a firm implementer of carrying out Environmental Standards. The company owns an excellent team of design, development and management, and devotes to the developing, manufacturing and marketing of energy-saving lighting products.
In 2006, to keep developing based in Shanghai, Guangsha Holding Venture Capital Co. Ltd fully acquired Shanghai Lighting Luminaries Co., Ltd, and established a regional group—Shanghai Mikia Investment(Group) Co., Ltd. At the same time, All the subordinate lighting companies under the command of it achieved the entire reorganization and reformation.
In Feb. 2010, based on Shanghai Gold Lighting Co., Ltd, Shanghai Mikia Lighting Co., Ltd. was reorganized and integrated by Shanghai Mikia Investment (Group) Co., Ltd from more than ten enterprises under the command of Shanghai Lighting Luminaries Co., Ltd. It actively carried out resource integration and brand construction. It established Tech Center based on Shanghai Lighting Luminaries Institute, Sales Center based on Shanghai Mikia Lighting Sales Co., Ltd and Shanghai Guangheng Lighting&Electronics Imp.&Exp. Co., Ltd, and Production Center based on Shanghai production base, Jianhu production base and Zhejiang Mikia production base. The company’s core industrial structure includes technical R&D, marketing, manufacturing and engineering. Mikia Lighting will mainly focus on Indoor Lighting Luminaries of high and mid grade and intelligent lighting control systems, which represent the idea of fashion, environmental friendly, health and energy saving.
